These are back the front - as usual - the end result above.The meal I had at Matsuba in Richmond (they don't have a web site) is one of the best I have had. My beef was stellar and for the first time ever I enjoyed and finished the Miso soup.
Below is mine - the others had sea food but they all agreed mine was the best!
